Lavishly Captured serves Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, and Westchester County, New York, including Darien, Greenwich, and Norwalk, as well as surrounding areas.

Our photo booth experience is available for weddings, birthday parties, graduations, corporate events, school events and fundraisers, proms, baby showers, holiday parties, Sweet 16s, Quinceañeras, and other special celebrations.

We recommend booking 2–3 months in advance, especially for weddings and events during peak seasons. Popular dates can fill quickly, so reaching out early is the best way to secure your preferred date and experience.

Lavishly Captured packages currently start at $449. Our three main experiences are $449 Essential, $699 Signature, and $1,149 Luxe. Additional services and enhancements are available as add-ons.

Our main photo booth experiences include 3-hour, 4-hour, and 5-hour options. Essential is a 3-hour rental with drop-off, delivery, setup & breakdown, and pick-up. Signature is 4 hours, and Luxe is 5 hours.

The Essential Experience includes a 3-hour rental, drop-off & pick-up, delivery, setup & breakdown, unlimited photos, instant sharing by text and email, and a shareable link with the event photos. It does not include an attendant.

Signature includes a 4-hour rental, enhanced studio lighting, unlimited photos and GIFs, instant sharing, a shareable event gallery, photo overlay options, standard backdrop, props, an attendant, setup and breakdown.

Luxe includes a 5-hour premium experience with enhanced lighting, unlimited photos, GIFs and Boomerangs, digital sharing, premium backdrop, red carpet experience, premium props, neon sign, attendant, setup and breakdown, and a Video Guestbook included.

Yes. Available enhancements include Audio Guestbook, Video Guestbook, Glam Filter, custom photo templates, premium backdrop upgrades, additional attendants, rental extensions, red carpet experience, premium props, custom welcome screens, and other available upgrades.

Yes. Delivery, professional setup and breakdown are included with all three photo booth experiences. Essential is our convenient drop-off rental with pick-up and does not include an attendant. Signature and Luxe include a professional attendant.

Yes! Guests can share their photos digitally through available options including text, email and QR code, depending on the package and sharing features included with your experience.

Yes. Standard backdrops and props are available with select packages. Luxe includes a premium backdrop and premium props. Additional backdrop and prop upgrades are also available.

Yes. Custom photo overlays are available as an option and can be designed to complement your event's theme, colors, or celebration.

Not at this time. Lavishly Captured currently specializes in digital photo experiences, allowing guests to receive and share their photos digitally.

Our open-air setup is designed for groups to enjoy together. The ideal number depends on the booth configuration, available space, and the type of photo you're creating. For larger groups, we'll help you plan the setup so guests can comfortably enjoy the experience.

Absolutely! Lavishly Captured offers both Audio Guestbook and Video Guestbook services. These can be added to your photo booth experience to give you another meaningful way to preserve memories from your event.

An Audio Guestbook gives your guests the opportunity to leave personalized voice messages and memories for you to enjoy after your event. Recordings are delivered digitally.

A Video Guestbook lets your guests leave video messages that capture their voices, personalities and reactions. Videos are delivered digitally after your event.

Yes. The Video Guestbook is included with the Luxe Experience. It can also be purchased as a standalone service or added to another photo booth package.

Yes! We're happy to set up outdoors as long as the space is safe, level, and protected from rain, wind and other weather conditions. A 10×10 tent is available as an optional $75 add-on if one is needed.

Space requirements depend on your selected experience and event setup. We'll work with you ahead of your event to make sure the booth, guest area and any selected backdrop or props can be positioned comfortably.

Yes. Lavishly Captured offers experiences for school dances, proms, graduations, senior celebrations, teacher appreciation events, family fun nights and school fundraisers. We also offer dedicated school and PTA/PTO packages.

Travel fees apply to all photo booth packages and services. Travel is complimentary within our local service area. Locations outside the complimentary area may incur a mileage-based travel fee. Parking and tolls may also apply when applicable.

Travel fees for locations outside our complimentary service area are based on mileage from Stamford, Connecticut. We do not publish internal travel zones or mileage rates because the fee is based on the specific event location.

Start by contacting Lavishly Captured with your event date, location, event type, estimated guest count, and preferred package. We'll check availability and help you choose the right experience for your celebration.

Yes. A $150 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date, along with a signed booking agreement. The remaining balance is due 14 days before your event.

You may request to reschedule your event date, subject to availability. If you need to cancel, the $150 retainer remains non-refundable. Full details are outlined in the booking agreement and Policies & Terms.

Package changes may be possible depending on availability and how close your event date is. Contact us as soon as possible if you'd like to change your selected experience.

Photo usage is addressed in your booking agreement, which you'll review before signing. If you have preferences about how your photos are used, please let us know when you book.
