Booking & Retainers

• A non-refundable retainer is required to secure all event dates and times.

• Dates are not guaranteed until the retainer is received and a confirmation invoice/email has been sent.

• Remaining balances are due 7 days before the event date, unless otherwise agreed in writing.

• Retainers are applied toward the total balance.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations result in forfeiture of the retainer.

• Clients may reschedule one time with at least 7 days’ notice, subject to availability.

• Rescheduling with less than 7 days’ notice may require a new retainer.

• In the rare event Lavishly Captured must cancel due to emergency or unforeseen circumstances, clients will receive the option to reschedule or receive a full refund of payments made.

Event Changes

• Any changes to event time, location, or duration must be submitted in writing.

• Additional hours, last-minute changes, or upgrades may incur additional fees.

• Lavishly Captured is not responsible for delays caused by venue issues, weather, or client schedule changes.

Digital Photo Booth Policies

• Clients are responsible for ensuring adequate space, power access, and stable flooring for setup.

• Setup typically begins 1–2 hours prior to event start time.

• A responsible adult must be present at all times during operation.

• Props and equipment must be treated with care. Clients may be charged for damaged or missing items.

• Digital galleries are typically delivered within 24–72 hours after the event.

Audio Guestbook Policies

• Clients are responsible for providing a safe and secure location for the audio guestbook during the event.

• Guests should be encouraged to handle equipment respectfully.

• Audio recordings are typically delivered within 3–7 business days after the event.

• Lavishly Captured is not responsible for poor audio quality due to excessive background noise, misuse, or venue sound conditions.

Payment Methods

• Accepted payment methods may include credit/debit cards, online invoices, and approved digital payment platforms.

• Full payment must be received before services are rendered unless a payment plan has been approved in writing.

Travel & Location Fees

• Travel within the standard service area is included.

• Events outside the standard service area may incur a travel or mileage fee, discussed prior to booking.

• Clients are responsible for any venue permits, parking fees, or entry fees if required.

Client Responsibilities

• Clients must provide accurate event details including time, location, and contact person.

• Lavishly Captured is not responsible for missed coverage due to incorrect information or delayed access to the venue.

• Clients are responsible for guest behavior around equipment.

Media Usage & Marketing

• Lavishly Captured reserves the right to use photos, videos, and audio clips from events for portfolio, social media, and promotional purposes.

• Clients who prefer privacy must submit a written opt-out request prior to the event date.

Refund Policy

• Due to the nature of event services and date reservations, all payments are non-refundable once services have been provided.

• No refunds will be issued for unused time or early event endings.

Safety & Conduct

• Respectful and safe behavior is required at all times.

• Lavishly Captured reserves the right to stop services without refund if equipment is being mistreated or if unsafe or inappropriate conduct occurs.

Agreement

By booking services with Lavishly Captured, the client acknowledges that they have read, understood, and agreed to all policies listed above.
