Lavishly Captured accepts photo booth and guestbook reservations based on availability. Submitting an inquiry or availability request does not reserve or guarantee your event date.

Your event date is officially secured only after Lavishly Captured confirms availability and the required booking agreement and payment have been completed.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, location, event type, and estimated guest count. Changes to event details may affect availability, services, or pricing.

A $150 non-refundable retainer is required to secure your event date with Lavishly Captured.

Your date is not considered officially booked until the $150 retainer and required booking agreement have been completed.

The remaining balance is due 14 days before the scheduled event date. Failure to make the remaining payment by the due date may result in cancellation of the reservation.

All payments should be made through the payment methods provided by Lavishly Captured.

Cancellations: The $150 retainer is non-refundable if the client cancels their reservation.

Rescheduling: Clients may request to reschedule their event date. Rescheduling requests are subject to Lavishly Captured's availability. A new date is not guaranteed until it has been confirmed by Lavishly Captured.

If a new date cannot be accommodated, the original booking terms will remain in effect, including the non-refundable retainer.

Lavishly Captured provides mobile photo booth and guestbook services at the client's event location.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, suitable space for the equipment and services. Adequate space, access to a standard electrical outlet, and a stable setup area are required.

Clients are responsible for providing accurate event location and access information before the event. Any changes to the event location, setup area, or event schedule should be communicated to Lavishly Captured as soon as possible.

Photo booth rental hours begin at the scheduled rental time. Setup and breakdown time may occur outside of the contracted rental period when included with the selected package.

Lavishly Captured reserves the right to decline or discontinue services if conditions at the event location are unsafe or prevent the equipment from being operated properly.

Lavishly Captured is happy to provide photo booth services for outdoor events when conditions and the event location are suitable for our equipment.

The client is responsible for providing a safe, level, and weather-protected setup area for the photo booth. The setup area must be protected from direct rain, snow, excessive wind, and other weather conditions that could damage equipment or make operation unsafe.

A 10×10 tent is available as an optional $75 add-on for outdoor photo booth setups. Clients may choose to provide their own suitable tent or canopy, provided it meets the space and weather-protection requirements for the setup.

Outdoor photo booth setups generally require approximately 8×8 to 10×10 feet of space, depending on the selected setup and equipment.

Lavishly Captured reserves the right to delay setup, temporarily stop service, relocate the booth, or discontinue service if weather or outdoor conditions become unsafe or could damage the equipment.

If weather conditions prevent the photo booth from being safely operated, Lavishly Captured will work with the client to determine whether the service can be relocated or otherwise accommodated, subject to availability and the circumstances of the event.

Lavishly Captured is not responsible for weather-related interruptions that are outside of our control.

Lavishly Captured provides digital photo booth experiences that allow guests to capture and share memories during their event.

The use of event photos, videos, GIFs, boomerangs, and other media for promotional, advertising, website, or social media purposes will be addressed in the client's booking agreement/contract.

Clients are encouraged to review their booking agreement carefully for complete photo and media terms.

Lavishly Captured offers Audio Guestbook and Video Guestbook services as standalone services or as add-ons to select photo booth packages.

Guestbook services are subject to availability and must be included in the client's booking agreement.

For Audio Guestbook services, guests may leave voice messages using the provided guestbook equipment. For Video Guestbook services, guests may record video messages using the provided equipment.

Clients are responsible for providing a suitable, safe, and accessible location for guestbook equipment at the event.

Guestbook rental hours and included services are based on the package or add-on selected at the time of booking.

Complete guestbook service terms, including cancellation, rescheduling, payment, equipment use, and delivery or setup details, are governed by the client's booking agreement.

The client is responsible for providing accurate event information, including the event date, time, location, and event details.

The client must provide Lavishly Captured with reasonable access to the event location for delivery, setup, operation, and breakdown of the equipment as applicable to the selected package.

The client is responsible for providing a suitable setup area and access to a standard electrical outlet when required.

The client is responsible for ensuring that the photo booth and guestbook equipment are used appropriately by guests. The client may be responsible for damage to equipment caused by intentional misuse, negligence, or failure to follow reasonable operating instructions.

Any changes to the event date, location, schedule, or setup requirements must be communicated to Lavishly Captured as soon as possible and may be subject to availability.

Lavishly Captured is based in Stamford, Connecticut and provides mobile photo booth and guestbook services throughout Stamford, Fairfield County, Connecticut, Westchester County, New York, and surrounding areas.

Travel availability may vary depending on the event location, date, package, and service requested.

Events outside our standard service area may be considered upon request and may be subject to an additional travel fee.

Any applicable travel fees will be communicated to the client before booking and will be included in the booking agreement.
